You can buy tickets from the Catalans club shop in the centre of Perpignan for any area of the ground. A plus is that any female supporter who buys from the club shop gets to get in to any stand for 10 euros. Or least that was the offer last time I was in Perpy.
The shop staff speak perfect English and will advise you.
