Sadly, Another legend gone. RIP.

There was never a dull moment when he was Leeds coach, his columns in the YEP, in the programme and in Open Rugby were required reading. It never quite came together in the end for us and him but we definitely had a lot of fun along the way.

While his template for success didn't actually work at Leeds, his time here was certainly entertaining with so many of my favourite players from that era - Hanley, Tait, Innes, Fallon, Faimalo, Howard, Iro, Mann, Mercer etc being signed by him. He certainly had an eye for a player. Not that there weren't a few duds as well.

Fantastic, entertaining rugby under his tenure. Not that we won anything but great rugby to watch

I think he was shown the door too early.  I always like him. RIP.
