They have to realise that Feka and Maurie are impact props and not 60 minute props.

His knock on at Celtic was a gem though, the way he knocked on only 5 yards out from his own line, to then gift celtic a try to seal the game was sensational.

True. It was beautifully done.

Almost as good as Wellens for Salfords first try.

I thought gardners lack of effort to get to ball for Salford try was 10 times worse then wello.



If ade don't pull his finger out potter will not put up with that lack of effort.



He has massive problems when the kick is put behind him.

I wasn't at Salford so had to rely upon our good friends at Radio Murkeyside to advise on the game but if Gardner played badly on Friday that was in contrast to his game against Celtic when he was one of the harder workers defensively, and certainly one of the more reliable players on the pitch. Maybe he was infected by whatever it was travelling around the team on Friday?

It just he so slow to turn and pick the ball up or deal with any kick put behind him!!!

It's safe to say Gardner deals with kicks far better than he used to. Certainly he's a far better catcher now that he attacks the ball. But there's always that nagging doubt...

He's pretty good under the high ball. Credit to him for working on his catching because it's paid off.
