| I like Sicillian ones, (Debby and Harry, or something like that from Harrogate) but am having a hard job finding them lately.
Had some garlic ones in Sardinia a few years back, and mmmmmmmmm they were scrummy.
Trouble is they tainted everything else in the fridge. Now garlic butter is fine, but garlic milk and orange juice. 
Boerwors in South Africa, the best I have tasted on a BBQ, but that may have been the moment.  |

For those of you in Perpignan in September, try a Catalan saucisson if you eat out. Curled like a Cumberland, but very meaty. One of the nicest sausages I've ever had, and is a local dish. |
