| I am thinking, it's nearly the end of the season, and it's clear that AGAR will be given next year to prove his worth. I have no doubt he is focussed and committed to that cause, I only doubt his ability. There IS a chance the some player's have scuppered the team stability and had the wrong attitude, and there is a chance injuries has constrained Agar to react to these players. He's made a bold statement - let me chop alot out, and bring new talent in, and judge me on next year. We have no option, as the board ARE ENTITLED to make that call. So, I'm leaning towards parking my reservations and critisism for the fiest 5 games next year. By then we'll know if he has bonded a team. I'm starting to feel that it helps nobody to keep critising and risk killing him before he's had the last chance. I start to think....... what do I prefer, a sucessful team and proved wrong about Agar, OR a failing team and proved right. I want the former, as FC's success is what it's all about for me. I want my team to bring me excitment, compete every week, and return to the Up's and Downs. And if Agar can do that, he'll do for me as a coach. SO he's me committing to end and critisism from this point onwards, and see what he makes of a new start. Do other's agree ? or feel THE ONLY way forward is a new coach,

| It's all to little to late.
The sooner we have a new board with fresh ideas and drive and a new coach the better.

| FWIW Even though Thack has been shown the door, he's always out with the guys getting p1ssed on a Friday. Seen it for weeks in the Weir.
Now although that is bad, I used to frequent a bar in Saint Helens (like the Weir) where I the majority of the Saints squad would be getting p1ssed and fighting. However, they were always winning, so it was never an issue!

| Quote Standee="Standee"He could have done a HELL OF A LOT BETTER, for example:
He could have a GAME PLAN
We could learn some SET MOVES
He could have instilled PRIDE and DETERMINATION
but no, he just sat back and watchewd the squad take the pi$$ out of the fans, safe in the knowledge he was still in a job next season regardless.'" exactly how i see it, his lack of game plan/set moves and no pride or passion, hs to be down to our second class coachig set up, 1st class facilities frek all else!!!

Agreed - except that professional rugby players on the kind of money some of these guys are on should not need the coach or anyone else to instil in them pride and determination; it should be there already.

If you also added :
Improved the basic skill level.
(Faster play the ball, faster passing, better defensive line speed- as implemented by Nathan Brown at the Giants)
Then - Id say 'Bang on the money'
