You may be right, however the housing market is only just recovering, if the rates went any-were near that in the next few years it would cripple the market, put thousands on the homeless list, & bankruptcy, affect small businesses causing job losses...Similar depressed state that Maggie caused

Lets just all refuse to pay anything. No mortgage, gas, electric, council tax, phone bill...what would they do, put the whole country in prison.....its Revolution time......Power to the People....................

Indeed, a prosecution that should never have been brought, criminal damages against the kids, now that would be worth looking at.

Wonder if the ambulance chaser is now worried. He’ll have been waiting for a criminal case to up his anti and bring this firm to its kness and cripple them out of business.

I really hope Mr Hudgell lives a very VERY long life and suffers no pain at all. I don’t think he’s a complete waste of skin nor an oxygen thief and I really hope KR get to Old Trafford win the SL Trophy and stay in business for a very long time.

Simple solution to this. Owner of the bus co. goes round to the severely distressed parents/child's house and trips up on their path and sues them for negligence, injurys etc.
