We've had a decent start to the season, showing some strong performances, but we're still chasing that full 80-minute display. The challenge now steps up as we head to Batley for the 1895 Cup—always a tough place to go!
Agreed we will put a stronger line up, Batley will be tough as Oldham found out, but if we are to aspire to our goals then we need to win these games.
I don’t think we can hope for an 80 min performance, it’s still early season, conditions are wet and heavy, and we are a part time team so mistakes are going to happen.

Interesting team Batley. Last year they were poor by their recent standards. Judging by the Oldham game they'll be a lot tougher this year. On the slope the kicking game will be key so we need Keyes back.
