Does anyone know when they will be available for collection please ? , not heard or seen anything from the club as yet .

I was told in the shop that we are going digital and not having cards. Not sure this is correct though.

Thought I read on FB recently that people were picking them up already.

The club are encouraging people to 'go digital' this year as this will be the only way to use tickets next year. I'm not sure that everyone will be able to cope with this, or even have a phone that can be used for it...hopefully there'll be facility to help these.

I was given a choice. I opted for card but have heard nothing since.

Personally prefer a card but I suppose it will go digital and we'll have to live with it.

Some people even older than me may struggle with digital I feel.

If they have a phone and can manage to navigate to a photo on it, a younger member of the family should be able to screen shot the QR code so they don't need to worry about accessing it online.



There does need to be a common sense approach and acknowledge not everyone is comfortable going digital next season.

Picked our cards up on Wednesday.If you requested cards when ordering season tickets they will honour them, but next season will probably go all digital.

We get cards for the kids as they cannot make every game we hand the cards in to upgrade to an adult not sure how this will work fully digital as the club could lose out on revenue

If you go into the shop in the Ridings they will issue you with your season ticket, not sure whether they will issue with a digital ticket though as I requested a ticket, fwiw I got mine over a week ago so I don't see you having a problem hth.

I'm told that having the cards this season is having a detrimental affect on our IMG rating so next season will definitely be all digital

How do cards addfect the IMG score?

According to Daz in the shop it all counts towards our IMG digital score so because we are not fully digital we lose points !!

That’s seems a bit too far when you consider the age demographic Omar a lot of rugby league clubs.

I must admit that I was surprised but that is what Daz told my bro

I don’t doubt it but still seems harsh. Maybe a % target would have been more appropriate but it is what it is.

If that's true then they've changed the rules since last time.
